Nextcloud
Connect a Nextcloud folder using a dedicated account and an app password.
1. Prepare the account
Use a Nextcloud account that can read only the intended content where possible. In that account's security settings, create an app password for CogLake. Do not use an employee's primary password. Nextcloud recommends app passwords for WebDAV clients; they can be revoked independently. See Nextcloud's WebDAV guide.
2. Enter the connection
Choose Add connector → Nextcloud.

Do not paste a public sharing link into the base URL. An email address is not always the same as the Nextcloud username.
3. Test and save

The server must be reachable from CogLake and use a trusted certificate. For a private company instance, ask the operator about supported network access.
Select a scheduled strategy for an initial setup. A webhook strategy needs a separately configured sending integration and shared secret; selecting it alone does not make Nextcloud send events. Finish scope and role permissions, save and run a small initial import.
4. Verify changes
Open an imported file and find a known phrase in search. Change a harmless source file you own, run another sync and check the updated content. Test rename/move/deletion only with expendable files you are authorized to modify.
Common failures
Check app-password revocation, username, root folder and source permissions. A successful browser SSO login does not by itself establish app-password access. For a certificate or network failure, contact the operator rather than disabling security checks.
Removing this connector does not delete the files in Nextcloud. See connector troubleshooting.
