Company, design, and account
Customize the workspace identity, choose a theme, and manage your own account safely.
Company identity
Open Administration → Workspace → General & branding to change the workspace name, upload or link a logo, select a theme, and choose the accent shown throughout CogLake. The preview and contrast indicator update before the draft is saved. These settings require settings:write.
Use the built-in light and dark presets when you want neutral defaults. A custom primary color is used by supported primary actions and active states; it does not change status colors such as success, warning, or error.
Theme
Each signed-in user can choose light, dark, or system appearance. System mode follows the operating-system preference. Theme selection affects the product interface, document previews, and code editor where supported.
Account
Open My settings from the profile icon in the application sidebar. Use Profile & membership for your display profile and workspace access, Sign-in & security for verified and linked identities or the local recovery credential, and Agent access for scoped API keys, OAuth applications, and connected MCP agents. These credentials belong to your identity and never exceed your effective workspace permissions. Workspace-wide settings remain under Administration.
Password changes apply only to local accounts. Enterprise accounts follow the password and multifactor policy of their identity provider.
Before changing branding
- Use a logo with a transparent background and sufficient contrast in both themes.
- Check the primary color in light and dark mode.
- Keep status colors distinct from the primary color.
- Coordinate organization-wide changes with other administrators.
