Plan and usage
Review workspace limits, metered activity, and read-only status.
Platform administrators open Administration → Governance → Plan & usage to see the active workspace plan, effective limits, and usage recorded for the current billing period. The navigation item and direct route are hidden from members and delegated roles that cannot manage a plan. The CSV export uses the same metering data as the page and can be retained for internal reporting.
Limits belong to the workspace, not to the browser or an individual device. When a hard retrieval limit is reached, requests fail explicitly instead of silently returning partial results. A read-only workspace can still be searched and exported, but normal content and configuration changes are blocked.
Some installations also show a signed license state. Installation identifiers are masked in the browser. Whether an administrator sees self-service plan changes, a billing portal, a license action, or a contact option depends on the workspace contract and assigned permissions.
The plan dialog shows public monthly and annual pricing where available and checks the current member, storage, connector, and request usage against every candidate plan. A plan that is already too small cannot be selected. Plans that require individual sizing continue through the account team.
