Workspaces, tenants, and plans
Switch organizations and understand plan limits in CogLake.
CogLake keeps each customer organization in a separate tenant. Your account can belong to more than one tenant, with different roles in each one.
Switch organization
Use the organization icon at the bottom of the main navigation. Select another organization to start a new tenant-bound session. Search results, knowledge, connectors, API access and settings then use that organization only.
Plans and usage
Administrators can open Administration → Governance → Plan & usage to review enabled features, resource counts and metered retrieval or processing usage. Each progress bar compares current usage with the limit actively enforced for that workspace; technical ledger rows remain available in the expandable details. CSV export is available for internal reporting.
The available plan action depends on the workspace contract and your permissions. CogLake can show secure self-service checkout, the billing portal, a signed license state, or a contact option. Plans that require individual sizing are coordinated with the account team.
The comparison dialog uses the current server plan catalog, so displayed storage, member, document, connector and capability limits match enforcement.
When a hard limit is reached, CogLake rejects the new operation and preserves existing data. Contact your administrator before adding more users, connectors or processing volume.
