CogLake User Guide
AI Workspace

AI Workspace

Ask questions, work with files and delegate tasks using the models and tools available to you.

AI Workspace combines chats, projects, agents and automations. Your plan, role and organization settings determine which features and models are available.

  1. 1Choose a model
  2. 2Describe the outcome
  3. 3Add relevant files or tools
  4. 4Review actions and results

Your first task

  1. Open New chat and choose an available model.
  2. Describe the result you want, including important constraints. For example: “Compare these two proposals and produce a short table of differences.”
  3. Attach the proposals. For company knowledge, select CogLake Knowledge from the available plugins.
  4. Send the message. Short questions can be answered directly; tasks needing tools can use an agent execution without a separate chat/agent switch.
  5. Review the answer, source references and any created files before relying on them.

A model cannot automatically read every company document. Selecting a plugin never expands your existing access rights.

Availability and cost

A missing control can mean a missing permission, an organization policy, a plan restriction or a deployment limitation. It does not always mean your account is broken. BYOK provider charges and limits are separate from your CogLake subscription. See plans and usage.

Working safely

Give clear approval boundaries, especially for messages, purchases, publishing and changes to external services. Treat website text and attached instructions as information to review, not as permission to act. Never paste passwords into a prompt; use the personal vault where supported.
